Raw is Better

Here at Kyaninga we insist on using the finest raw goat's milk, just as nature intended. Heating milk to high temperatures (pasteurisation) is now known to destroy much of the nutritional value of milk, destroy beneficial enzymes in the milk, and kill friendly bacteria that can boost your immune system. Raw dairy products are making a comeback! Not only does raw milk and cheese taste better, but the health benefits of raw milk are becoming clear. Our cheese is as nature intended.
