Steve

Founder & Brainchild

Steve built the famous Kyaninga Lodge, and is never one to shy away from an ambitious project. Steve created the dairy to help fund Kyaninga Child Development Centre that helps the lives of hundreds of disabled children across Uganda. Steve grew up on a dairy farm in the UK making Kyaninga Dairy a natural next step. Steve believes Uganda can produce high quality dairy products to rival anything in Europe.

Conan & Rachel

UK Dairy Experts

Conan and Rachel are the in-house dairy experts. Both from the UK, they were brought out by Steve especially to set up the Kyaninga Dairy. Through their expertise the first trials were a huge success, with great feedback from customers. Now with the growing team, the dairy are working hard to meet the demand from caterers and shops who are keen to stock our luxury artisan cheese.

The best bit - all profits go towards helping these amazing kids.

Kyaninga Dairy is 100% not for profit.

All money is either invested back in the dairy to grow the operation, or goes straight to the Kyaninga Child Development Centre (KCDC). The KCDC was set up to help children in Uganda with disabilities. We believe disability is not inability and the KCDC works to ensure all the children can lead productive and fulfilled lives. Kyaninga Dairy started it out it's operation by fundraising to get its first herd of goats - the Kids 4 Kids campaign. The ultimate goal of the dairy is to be able to fully fund the KCDC and allow the charity to expand further into Uganda.
